These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Full-Deploy platform, operated by Full Deploy Ltd ("Full Deploy", "we", "our"). By registering for an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
"Service" means the Full-Deploy AI-to-AI communication platform, including the WWA gateway, AI agent pipeline (C-AI, H-AI, I-AI, S-AI, PI-AI), API, dashboard, and all associated infrastructure.
"Customer" means any individual or organisation that has registered an account and agreed to these Terms.
"Tunnel" means a cryptographically authenticated data channel established between the Customer's AI agent and our infrastructure.
"AIKC Token" means the 40-character AI Key Code that constitutes the third authentication factor for the Service.
"Query" means any request submitted by the Customer's agent through the Tunnel.
To use the Service you must register an account, provide accurate information, and complete three-factor authentication (3FA) including an AIKC token. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at security@full-deploy.io if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or credentials.
Accounts are personal or organisational. Sharing credentials between multiple organisations is not permitted unless you have a custom enterprise agreement.
You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Full Deploy reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice where continued access poses a security risk.
You are responsible for the security of your AI agents and systems that connect to the Service. This includes ensuring that your C-AI implementation does not forward injected instructions or tampered payloads into the Tunnel.
AIKC tokens are single-use per session and must not be stored in plaintext or transmitted outside of TLS-encrypted connections. If you believe a token has been compromised, rotate it immediately from your account dashboard.
Full Deploy maintains SOC 2 Type II controls and conducts annual penetration testing. Evidence packs are available to Level 3 enterprise customers on request.
Service level commitments are defined per tier:
Uptime is measured excluding scheduled maintenance windows (notified 48 hours in advance via the status page) and events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
Service credits for SLA breaches are capped at 30% of monthly subscription fees and are your sole remedy for availability failures.
All Queries and associated metadata are retained in tamper-evident Merkle-chained audit logs for a minimum of 7 years, as required by our compliance obligations. You may export your audit records at any time from your account dashboard.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Query content is used solely to fulfil the Service; it is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties except as required by law.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are as published on the Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.), which will be added at checkout where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid billing period.
The Service, including its agent architecture, cryptographic protocols, and software, is owned by Full Deploy Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain all rights to data submitted through your Tunnel. By using the Service you grant Full Deploy a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Deploy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business.
Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees you paid to Full Deploy during that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling from your account dashboard or emailing support@full-deploy.io.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, particularly the acceptable use provisions, or if your account poses a security risk to other customers or the platform.
On termination, your access to the Service ends. Audit log data is retained for the statutory 7-year period and then deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in another jurisdiction, local mandatory consumer protection laws may also apply.
